Join us for our next UCORE Lunch & Learn, “Incorporating AI in the Research Assignment,” on Wednesday, October 14th from 12:10-1:30 pm in CUE 518 (and via Zoom)!
Research assignments can be a valuable component of UCORE courses, and intentionally addressing AI can enhance student learning through this assignment design. This workshop will help participants design research assignments that include AI as an intentional component, whether for developing topics, searching for sources, or presenting results. Using a model for student information seeking, participants will leave the session with tools for scaffolding research assignments and selecting where and how to engage with AI resources.
