Governance

The UCORE curriculum is ultimately governed by the faculty at Washington State University. With representatives from each college and campus that offer UCORE courses, the UCORE committee provides coherence and purpose to the UCORE curriculum by reviewing course proposals, setting and reviewing policy; incorporating assessment data into its decision-making processes; offering faculty development, and by engaging in regular dialogue about UCORE with faculty, students, advisors, administration, and WSU’s accreditating body.
